Between 2022 and 2024, Norse Solutions AB evolved through exploration, experimentation, and innovation, setting the stage for its official launch in 2024. This period was marked by strategic initiatives, testing new ideas, and leveraging the diverse expertise of its core team to shape a robust business model.

Vision & Ideation

  • The team explored various startup ideas during their spare time, combining their experience and market insights to identify niche opportunities.

  • Focus areas included:

    • Product Development: Initiating Juniper Jersey, a SaaS-based design-to-delivery solution for custom sportswear, leveraging our expertise in manufacturing and order-to-delivery processes.

    • GIG Economy Model: Experimented with Upwork and other platforms to test the viability of freelancer engagement models for niche services.

Sales Enablement: Partnering with platforms like eWorks and Magnit to place Gen X consultants in demand-driven roles.
