: We've categorized our diverse pool of freelancers and GIG Consultants into two main groups: a) Global GIG Experts b) Local GIG Experts These groups comprise highly skilled experts who offer their services to the Swedish market remotely or from their respective geographic locations, wherever they are currently based. They are not employees of Norse Consultancy but rather subscribers to our platform, where they leverage its features on a subscription basis.

They are actively seeking jobs in the local market and require a platform to showcase their skills. Norse Consultancy facilitates their integration into mainstream employment, and they are subscribers to the Norse Consultancy platform, not our employees.
